Lack of comic updates

I just wanted to take a moment to say I'm sorry about the lack of updates for Jupiter.

I've been stressed/depressed for about a year... trying to graduate has been... well, pretty terrible. Probably the worst experience of my life. I could go on, but eh. My problems are my own.
At any rate, finding joy in the projects I actually care about is difficult. That's why I've just been drawing random stress-relieving junk.

I'm not going on hiatus, though. I've just been really, really slow. Thought you guys ought to know! And, thank you for continuing to read the comic. You guys are the best.

Silae (Guest),

Rollercoaster Life is a roller coaster, its a series of ups and downs whatever they might be. It probably sucks right now but things will get better and leaning on each other is how we built everything that exists now, so don't suffer in a vacuum. Anyway good luck!

potato (Guest),

It's terrible when depression takes the joy out of something you used to love. Try not to let it turn this wonderful thing you created into something you hate. The wonderful thing about graduating, is it really does get better once it is done! I still think the last two years to graduation were the worst in my life, but now they are behind me. Good luck!

Granny Smith (Guest),

Depression can sometimes feel like an impossible enemy to beat. It can be hard, yes, but it's not impossible. I've had arthritis/fibromyalgia pretty much all my adult life, and I think the best advice I was ever given (after "don't be afraid to talk to a doctor" LOL) can also apply here: "Don't sit, if you can stand. Don't stand, if you can walk. But, if you can't walk, stand. If you can't stand, sit. If you can't sit, lie down. Do WHAT you can, AS MUCH AS you can, WHEN you can, and when you can't, let it go until you can. The dishes and dusting (or whatever) can wait."

Take your time; non-essentials can wait. We can wait. Don't be afraid or ashamed to lie down & "cocoon" when you need to. But please do make a list of things that you consider blessings and use it to remind you that there is good waiting for you when you're ready to pick it up again. :-) No hurry.

Thank you for the kind words!
